Square bays, crisp corners.

A square projection with side sashes at 90 degrees to the centre. Common on Edwardian houses, and handsome with Georgian bars carried around all three faces.

Five-Part Bay

Deeper bays for larger rooms.

Five lights forming a deeper, rounder bay for larger rooms and grander houses. Every light is a working sash unless you choose to fix one, and every one tilts in for cleaning.

Our Approach

Replacing a bay properly.

Surveyed face by face

Each light of the bay is measured individually, along with the angles between them.

Structure checked

We look at the bay roof, the cill and the corner posts before quoting, and tell you about anything we find.

Matched details

Bars line through from light to light, and horns, rails and colour match the rest of the house.

One installation team

Fitted by our own directly employed installers, the same team you meet on site.

Sash bay windows: your questions answered.

Yes. Each light in the bay can be a sliding sash. The centre sash can also be fixed if you'd rather have an uninterrupted view, with the side sashes providing ventilation.
